  We were greeted with warm smiles and a professional and efficient check in process. We were then driven to our accommodation by a friendly staff member. We were impressed by the gift basked of breakfast for the next morning as well as home baked biscuits as a welcome. It was good value for money for a young family and a perfect location in walking distance (or quick tram trip) into the cit - Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We had to add an additional night prior to our arrival and this was done with ease and efficiency. Also, on check-out, I had the dates mixed up and thought we were checking out the day after. The staff gave us ample time to check-out and even kept our luggage at their office until we went to pick it up in the afternoon. There are two metro stations nearby, and the railway stations linking the centre with the three main airports are 10 minutes away by car/taxi. The room - The hotel is very well located, only a few steps from the Cathedral and Vitoria Emanuelle Gallery with tons of shopping and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of amenities and pillow choices. The hotel in general is new and modern and I would definitely go back.
