Easy to get to, we found the place very easy as it was near the vaporatto stop. There is a really good map on the website that shows a red line of the path you should take to get there.

The B&B was 5 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco. The location of B&B was in a quiet place. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the room price was justifiable. Annalisa was very helpful with tips to visit places, restaurants etc. I would go again to the same B&B if I visit Venice in future.

Canal, and very close to San Marco (5min). Beautiful roof terrace. Very

season,to visit Venice biennial, for one night I payed just 20 eur.
Stayed in 3 bed room,and for both nights I was staying only with one
very quiet Japanese girl. Breakfast is simple, but for me was just

Läget och personalen - The hotel room overlooked the lagoon and had two small balconies. It was a few minutes from the water bus stop so easy to find on arrival and also close to St Marks square. The experience of staying here was excellent even before we arrived! As we were arriving really late into Venice, Matteo assured us it was no problem to meet us at San Marco vaporetto and walked us to the B&B! A nice touch so late at night!

Location - perfect (near San Marco square, but on the small quiet street).
Room - clean and cozy.
Bathroom - big, light and clean, clean and clean (hairdryer, toiletries, towels are included).
Breakfast - very good (choice of yoghurts, meat, cheese, bread, jam, juice, coffee, tea, etc.)
Owner - intelligent, polite and friendly person with great sense of humor.

Lady managers very hospitable and accommodating. Rushed to get room ready as we arrived early and gave us coffee etc while we waited. Gave us map of city and pointed out highlights re eating and main attractions. Room made up daily with nice fresh towels and water provided in fridge.

and convenient. The hotel is very convenient located between St. Marks
Square and Rialto Bridge. We would love to stay here again.
