Excellent hotel location for walks in Venezia: most of tourist attractions can be simply reached. At the same time hotel is situated in quiet nice corner near Grand Canal, so crowds of tourists do not seriously disturb. It is wonderful breakfast in the hotel. We had sufficiently large room for family equipped by neccesary infrastructure (in paticular - by conditioner, which is vital for Venice in Sommer). What impressed me most is Maria, the owner of the guesthouse. She is unbelievably helpful even before I arrive! On my departure day, I went to Venice Biennale and almost missed my boat to the airport, but Maria personally took my luggage to the pier so that I did not have to go back to the guesthouse to get it! Everything else in the guesthouse is cozy family feel! BTW, if you fly to venice, the guesthouse is 4 mins walk to Ca'Rezzonico, an airport boat stop, so extremely convenient. All in all
