The hotel map is very helpful, except a few confusing mistakes: 14 is Guggenheim, not Goldoni, 13 is wrong too. Please, review your map. - location was good.   The location - it is in Lido which is a breeze to travel to Venice via the water bus, and you get to enjoy the peace and tranquility at Lido. The price is good an the breakfast buffet is wonderful. The hotel is only a 5 minutes walk from the water bus station and there is a departmental store + supermarket nearby. - Superb location for both the L... vad folk säger » ido beach and for the boat in to Venice. The staff were really lovely and the breakfast was ample. The rooms are basic but very comfy with a nice TV, hair dryer and free toiletries. Our room also had a small balcony with table and chairs. The price was excellent for the location.

  Everything...Very helpful staff...Nice location...breakfast didn't had much choices but still infront of other comforts of the hotel, I want to stay here again.. - Ambience, location, friendly, efficient staff, super bathroom, staff good at giving directions in English, computer in lobby, clean room, unintrusive maid, good elevator.

  The hotel is centrally located on Lido Island. The hotel and room were very clean and modern. Breakfast was served in a bright room and was what you expect (meats cheeses, rolls, coffee...). The hotel is located just off main street that has lots of restaurants and shopping. The beach is a 5 minute walk and is great for shell collecting! Overall a nice quiet place to stay away from the crowds of V - The staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. They kindly provided useful information and tips for touring Venice. The room was clean and quiet, it was spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. The air-condition was adequate. The hotel was located away from the main street. At first, we had some difficulty to find it. But once we found it, it was very easy. We enjoyed our staying.
