Friendly owner - very helpful/excellent service: time of the breakfast and airport transportation negotiable as you wish and are included in the price. Breakfast good. Air condition. - I needed a hotel which was close to the airport so the location was excellent. Situated in a cul-de-sac helps reduce traffic noise. Private drive were I parked my car literally a couple of meters from my room. The owner of the place was very kind, polite and helpful. The room (and facilities) was excellent. The price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend the place for a city trip.

She who speaks only Italian and French understood me well (I don't speak neither her language). We, four friends, had a wonderful two-day stay.   Everithing was OK, apartment, bathroom and kitchen was clean and comfortable, in the kitchen you can find and use everything you need for your stay. It is near the city center, supermarket, train and bus stations. Nadia and her friend are very nice, helpful. Our plane delayed and it landed at night. Good location - close to the airport and Orio shopping center; in theory (if you enjoy walking) you can get to the high city on foot, but it will takes you around 45 min...
