  Great staff. Very personal. Very comfortable stay. A couple of little treasure street restaurants close by as well, some of the best seafood in the city. - Very nice hotel brand new, good location and very helpful staff.

  Great hotel. Room we stayed in was huge, spotless and very clean. The bathroom was huge and spotless. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with an excellent variety of fuits and other staples. The staff were helpful and very friendly. If you decide to stay here, there is a reastaurant around the corner with a waiter named Nikko, he'll take care of ... vad folk säger » you. Just tell him Chris from Chicago sent you. There's a Mojito Bar right across the street where many people gather, with some great cuban music. - Rooms were well appointed and everything worked. Good firm superking sized bed in a standard room. A lot of the original stone had been built into the deisgn and was well done.Very quite. We had a back room 415 and with the shutters closed it was silent. In summer if you wanted to open the shutters there is an aircon machine nearby which is noisy.

  We like the character of this place, my husband cooked delicious dishes in the kitchen and we buy food in the nearby street market. We eat grilled fish in the inexpensive restaurant nearby. The staff is very helpful and gives me directions for nearby restaurant, shopping etc. Location is very central and I could go any ware on foot. My rooms was fresh painted with a fully equipped kitchen, the customer told me that in the last month they make a lot of improvements according to the customer review. Internet was in my room.

  The perfect location in the centre of Palermo. Although located on one of the main shopping roads, the balcony has both double doors and shutters which keep out the noise. Less than a ten minute walk from central station and 5 minutes to the daily outdoor markets. Bus stop located outside the main door. The B&B is well placed in the historic center of Palermo and not far from the bus which can bring you to the beach of Mondello. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

  The staff is realy friendly. The location is good, quiet but walking distance from main touristic points. The parking is comfortable.   My husband and I stayed at the B&B Serpotta when we first arrived in Sicily and liked it so much that we extended our stay by one night. We also rebooked at the B&B for our last night before heading home. The rooms/suites are beyond what you would expect from a B&B. The B&B also has a hot tub and workout area which again is beyond most B&B - I (67 yrs) was travelling with my God daughter (29) who has cerebral palsy. All the staff treated her with respect and good humour and indulged her attempts to speak Italian, she has difficulty speaking English! Nothing was too much trouble and when an incident occurred that necessitated a change of bedding, I was assure it was "no problem". The apartment was more than I expected, beautifully appointed and scrupulously clean. A truly wonderful stay.
