The location in the neighbourhood of the Salute church is ideal. When arriving with the vaporetto at the stops of Academia or Zattere, you can go with your luggage trolley to this B&B without CLIMBING over one bridge, just roll ! Probably the nicest place my girlfriend and I stayed at during our trip
through Italy. (Admittedly, we were traveling on a budget and mostly
renting through airbnb.) This is a true B&B, with Massimo and his
wife coming in the morning to make us coffee. They were very friendly,
telling us to make ourselves at home and opening up the various cakes
and pastries in the kitchen. Venice is expensive, but Ca' Santo
Spirito was fairly good value for city.

Easy to get to, we found the place very easy as it was near the vaporatto stop. There is a really good map on the website that shows a red line of the path you should take to get there.

The B&B was 5 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco. The location of B&B was in a quiet place. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the room price was justifiable. Annalisa was very helpful with tips to visit places, restaurants etc. I would go again to the same B&B if I visit Venice in future.

Super close to Plaza San Marco, provided maps to easily find the hotel
in such a maze of a city. The hotel smelled wonderfully, always clean,
modern and homey type feel to it. The staff were super attentive and

Set in the heart of the San Marco neighborhood the room was a refreshing new, contemporary and comfortable change to the more traditional places we stayed during our trip. Large bathroom with walk in shower, new furnishings, and helpful staff were great. Breakfast delivered to the room each day and on time was a plus. -

Location, location, location. You're literally minutes away from both the Rialto and Piazza San Marco. Yet, once you get inside the B&B, it feels more like home and the touristy/hectic buzz of the outside feels farther away. Service was excellent. If you can't be shown to your room yet (ie. you show up early) or you have a later flight to catch, they'll let you leave your bags with no hassle and will even serve you coffee in the common area.

Venice is a small city (for me anyway) but hard to navigate, so people
will get lost (I got delightfully lost several times), but I thought
Residenza La Loggia was super easy to find. With only the map provided
from their website I went straight from the St. Mark's vaporetto
stop (from the airport) to the B&B with no wrong turns.

The hotel is just off main walking alley Calle dei Fabbri some 4 minutes north from San Marco. The distance between houses on opposite side in this area are tiny co do not expect any view from your window. If you do not mind this then Residenza la Loggia might be just the right place for your stay.
