The location of this small family run hotel was perfect, close to absolutely everything (we recommend to get off at the Rialto water bus stop, it's very close to here, rather than San Marco). The staff were lovely, and were more than happy to give great local dinner recommendations and tips on where to go and what to see in Venice.

excellent site half way betwee San Marco and The Rialto. Wonderful staff very friendly and helpful. No lift but this was no big deal. Air conditioning was a boon. If you strike Mirelle,Lorenzo,Alexander and Andy you will expirence the A team. Thanks to all - we feel very comfotrtable

If you are looking for a charming but not luxurious place to sleep out of the high traffic district of Venice, this hotel fits your needs. Our room on the top floor overlooked a quite scenic canal. The location was convenient as it is near the waterbus station which takes you anywhere. The room was clean and neat. We are a group of 4 friends and requested 4 single beds which Hotel Tivoli accommodated. The breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast with hams and bread. The staff was helpful and provided everything we needed. There are also many restaurants in the area so it is fairly convenient.

We really enjoyed the lovely personal as well as the location, not far away from the Rialto bridge. If you have problems finding your way, ask the polite Venetians. The rooms were all beautiful and we saw 3 rooms and were allowed to choose. Clean and warm, lovely hot water. Right near to the waterbus stop. The staff were wonderful! Always friendly and couldnt do enough to oblige. The hotel was recommended to us and we have in turn recommended it to others. We even showed our literature we had to the pilot of our aeroplane coming home who was looking for a nice hotel for his daughter ti stay!
