  the location was brilliant. got on the grand canel and the water taxi stopped right at the hotel front door. staff and room was all very nice. breakfast was the best we had during our two weeks in Italy.

  Hotellet var bra beläget i ett lungt område. Nära till Bussbåten.Hotellet höll en hög klass och mycket god service.Personalen var kunnig och mkt trevlig. - The location was excellent..next to water bus /water taxi. The room was apart of the entire experience of Venice..my daughter especially enjoyed all the little 'extras' in the bathroom, rooms were wonderful size... - I Loved everything about my stay at Palazzo Stern. The Staff wasoutstanding, and very courteous, the hotels cleanliness and service wassecond to none. Everytime we left the room, we came back and the bed wasmade, and there were chocolates on our pillows, the breakfast waswonderful and the eggs tasted amazing. On a scale of 1-10, I give thishotel a 15!!

  excellent site half way betwee San Marco and The Rialto. Wonderful staff very friendly and helpful. No lift but this was no big deal. Air conditioning was a boon. If you strike Mirelle,Lorenzo,Alexander and Andy you will expirence the A team. Thanks to all - we feel very comfotrtable

  Breakfast and only 2 or 3 m walking to San Marco - The hotel was charming, bright and full of character. We stayed in the Junior Suite which had a jacuzzi, a reasonably priced mini-bar, a flat screen TV and the room was decorated in a quintessentially Italian manner.   Bra område, rent och fint badrum. Luftkonditionering - We liked the manager Elisabeth/?/- helpful, speaking good English. The rest of staff was less efficient. The hotel map is very helpful, except a few confusing mistakes: 14 is Guggenheim, not Goldoni, 13 is wrong too. Please, review your map. - location was good. The coffee was the best coffee... vad folk säger » I ever tasted. AT 3:00 everyday, 4 or 5 gondolas would go by with a man singing in the lead boat. Very romantic!
