  Bra städning och trevlig lobby/bar, bra läge - position 2mins from arena. Young men on reception excellent. Maid service and evening bed turn down excellent. Breakfast very good especially for Italy. - Comfortable, well designed, clean hotel, 100 m from the Arena.Goodbreakfast, friendly staffs. I highly reccomand

  Our room in the spa annex of the hotel was wonderful. On the top floor with goregous beams and fantastic decor. The staff were all really helpful and friednly. Breakfast was served downstairs in the main hotel and was very nice. The location is great - a few minutes walk from the fantastic Piazza Bra and the Arena. The front desk staff were amazing and friendly, helpful and recommended places to eat as well as directions, advice and information. The spa and Turkish baths were amazing! The rooms were clean, spacious and amazing showers and bathroom! We would most definitely recommend staying there.

  Absolutely wonderful staff who provided great recommendations for eating out and getting around the city, and just extremely friendly. Our room was very spacious and attractive, and the rooftop patio provided a wonderful view of Verona. Finally, the location was great, just a 5 minute walk across the river into the heart of Verona. - What a nice ... vad folk säger » change from a standard hotel! The building is an old villa with amazing style. What a better way to stay in a place with the flair of Verona!? Staff is very welcoming and friendly. I got a map of Verona and everything explained. Free parking space was provided. Very good breakfast.
