  The hotel is about 4 minute walk from the train station, which is very convenient and there are restaurant nearby. In all the hotels we stayed this month, I have to say this is the most comfortable one and the staff is really nice and kind. We left in the early morning before the breakfast being served, but the staff member has prepared cake, yogh... vad folk säger » urt, water and cookie for us five which is so sweet. - This hotel has a lovely atmosphere. It is family run and they are very friendly and helpful even though our Italian is poor. Santa Maria Novella Station is close and major sights are within walking distance. Breakfast was good with choices of cereal, rolls, yoghurt and fruit. It was our favourite hotel and they had a dog.

  We loved everything! We had 3 rooms during our 2 day stay. Hotel staff was unbelievably helpful. They made our museum reservations, gave us detailed info about Florence, and even tried to get our rental car delivered to the hotel instead of the airport. The rooms were so perfectly Tuscan that I felt like I was on a movie set. Breakfast was fabulous... vad folk säger » . Very highly recommend. You won't be disappointed - Marco is fabulous! He spends time with his guests when they arrive, giving them an orientation to the city and its history. He can recommend everything from the best gellato to resturants, siteseeing, shopping. He gives you his cell phone number so you can contact him with questions while you are out. Snacks water, etc. are available in the dining room all day, as well as cocktail beverages.

  The host and her daughter were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived she booked 2 museums for us as she said we would have to wait in a long line without them and were grateful she did. The room was big and had a great bathroom and shower you could walk in. There was also a safe in the room.
