  We had a suite with Jacuzzi and balcony. Our room gets cleaned twice a day and all towels changed Excellent location next to all attractions and shopping. Super clean. . Breakfast is excellent with good variety. Staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable of the city and its attractions. - Everything about the hotel is great. Location, decor, fa... vad folk säger » cilities, staff. We are already planning to go back there in our next trip to Florence. Great restaurants, shopping and museums near by. You should get the Firenze Card when you go.
