  It is hard to fault this place. It is near the railway and bus stations, easy walking to all points of interest in Florence. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff are very helpful. The neighbourhood is noisy but the shutters and windows block out nearly all of it.   The staff were so welcoming and could not do enough for us. They even gave us drinks from our mini bar for free! Hotel also had free use of internet which came in usefull.

The hotel provided all the facilities we could possibly want.   What a unique experience that to stay at Villa Agape for a fantastic introduction to Florence. Its peaceful and wonderfully attractive setting is a perfect oasis away from the always crowded historic center. The nuns are always welcoming and helpful even though only communicating with minimum English and no French. 10 minutes walk brings you to Pi... vad folk säger » azza Michelangelo and its iconic view over Florence. Inside, the huge villa offers many areas that give you a sense of a family home more than a conve - The grounds are gorgeous, rooms comfotable and meals generous. I don't speak a word of Italian but still managed to communicate well enough with the sisters. It's nice to end the day of seeing Florence's sights with an evening here - stay for a dinner one night too. The bus into town is about 10min walk - so take a taxi there from station (about 12euro) if you've got baggage then jump on the bus the other days. I loved it here.
