  The interior of the hotel was nice,staff friendly,helpful and breakfest had a lot of variety. - Really nice hotel with cheap prices (if you book few days before your stay). We really enjoy it. Room was clean (especially the bathroom), sweet smell and the breakfast was sufficient. The Hotel is nearby metro station.

  This place is on the first floor of an apartment building on the Viale Dell Arte - a main road in the Eur district. Being unable to stay at my usual hotel, I chose this place because it was quite close to where I was working and very reasonabble price (about half what I usually pay).   We stayed here 2 nights because we went to a concert at Atlantico. The location was perfect for the concert as we could walk home and skip the traffic and nightmare of parking. We even went into town for a day and it wasn't too bad, there is a bus that stops out front and takes you up to the subway.   It's confortable and you can make brekfast every morning, coffee and tea were included. very friendly stuff, answer to all our questions.Plus they gave us a phone to call them just in case we need something. Nobody disturbed us and it felt like home. Close to the metro station.

The Hotel was a 50 Euro taxi ride from Da Vinci airport, it had a swimming pol, was right next door to a shopping Mall, with a food hall, it is a 1k walk from the metro station or a 1.50 euro bus ride (including train fare/Metro). opposite the train station is a huge park with water features, pedallos, parak... vad folk säger » eets flying round.   This was one of the best hotel experiences ever. Of course I have stayed in resorts with more "fancy" accomodations, however for the value there was no comparison. My husband and I stayed at four diffierent B&B´s in Rome during our visit, at the same (or even more expensive) price point, and Hotel Fermi far surpassed them all.   The owner Alex is absolutely friendly and his hints and tipps are in any case of great help and value. His B&B is very modern, absolutely clean and from high standard. He is always willing to fulfil the wishes of his guests. During breakfast we enjoyed his communication a lot. He is reachable by mobile and answers quickly. It was a great stay ... vad folk säger » for all of us. Before falling asleep we had fun with the huge TV in our bedrooms. We highly recommend this B&B and whenever we return to Rome we'd - Kind and helpful owner, who gave us many recommendations for Rome and managed to give us a free ride to the station on departure. Very modern, clean and nice looking room and bathroom. In good reaching distance to the city by bus. Good coffee at the breakfast. Although we did not like the breakfast Alex was very zealous to do the best he could - he even got some lactose-free milk for us when he heard one of us does not tolerate lactose although we did not ask him for it.

  cool breakfast and i stayed in a suite not a double room :) it was pretty cool and a really nice area ;) - Receptionists are really polite and can speak English very well.Also the rooms are big enough and comfortable.
