  Very nice and friendly stuff; Hotel is located on the third floor without lift, but the owner helped us to carry all the heavy luggage. Very nice owner and family. Hotel is safe and don;t need to be affraid about your belongings. Hotel is located almost in the city centre and so close to the attractions. Thank YOu so much!! We loved that it was close to the train station without being near all of the noise and also to most of the major sites. The room we were in had an amazing view of the Dome and bell tower. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

  The staff, especially Costanza, were top notch- providing excellent directions and were wonderfully flexible when we had to change our reservation. He provided us with information regarding the island, maps, etc. He was able to to pick us up and drop us off very early from the airport with no fee. We originally had booked a shared bathroom but he gave us a room with bathroom for no extra charge.   The location was amazing,u won't get lost, very close to main train station and a plaza,staff was excellent,we found out we booked the wrong date,and we went there in the morning in the same day,the staff offered to change the date for us and just added extra charge for the weekend,she allowed us to check in even tho we didn't stay there that day.... vad folk säger » - The best thing I like was location very close to city centre and bus, railway station. Staff lady at desk was very helpful. Breakfast was in nearby restaurant and was ok even though not filling. Family room is spacious.WiFi was working well at all times. I will definitely suggest this hotel anyone visiting Florence.
