The decor - the "watch" theme of the hotel was very well executed and permeated all aspects of design, even down to the taps and mirrors.
The location is ideal - a few minutes walk down the interesting streets and alley of central Florence.
The room was cosy, the bed & linen first class.
Buffet breakfast on the top floor (lifts available!) had a great view over Piazza Sant Maria Novella, and was plentiful.

Great location, close to city center, great value for the money. The owner was very nice, open for resolving issues. The rooms are descent and comfortable, clean and warm. Good mood and ideal for a group of people traveling together. Great value for the money if you do not expect a hotel, just rooms in an apartment.
