  In general the room, the staff who was very kind. People often complain about the breakfast but I think it is just fine. It is enough, at least :) Everything was clean, so nothing to say there. And they kept our bags even after we checked out (we checked out in the morning and had a late evening flight). - Location, Location.   As a single female I felt very safe, my room was clean, no view but I don't stay in my room except to shower and sleep. The location was close to the train and bus station, I was able to walk everywhere. There are several good restaurants and pizzerias within 2 blocks. I very much enjoyed my stay. I will stay there again. - The location was fantastic, easy walking distance from the train station and to all major tourist spots. Lots of dining options very close by. And both the central market and the leather market less than 2 minutes away!   The staffs are very friendly, gave us a map and point out where we should visit even without us asking. The location is excellent, just 2 minutes walk from the main train station. The room we got, room 14, was told to be the best room in the hotel, with a beautiful little balcony that over sees the beautiful Florence town. Over - We travelled as a group of 8 people. The desk personnels were very accommodating to let us get started with the complimentary breakfast earlier than their usual allowing us to get started with our Tuscan tour. The views of the two rooms facing the Doumo was breath-taking. I would go back to this hotel and recommend it.
