  Hotel staff were extremely helpful - particularly getting a taxi from the station in a downpour of biblical proportions. Rooms were lovely, big bathrooms, great breakfast etc - Quality hotel - good location

  Great location, friendly staff, great customer service. Did I mention great location! Very clean and spacious. I defiinitely will stay here again! - I can't say enough good things. From the welcome wine and cakes to the beautiful rooms. I only hope I will be lucky enough to stay here again

  The location couldn't be better. They helped book everything for the fast lines since we only had a short time in Florence. The room was a suite which they upgraded us on our arrival without asking. It gave a palace feel with the architecture and furnishings and we were made to feel like royalty when we were there. With or without kids it would be amazing, and yes there is a - Our original accommodations were not available for the five of us, so they put three of us in the junior suite which was UNBELIEVABLY beautiful! We all felt like we got to sleep in a palace room for the night. Just an amazing night. What a pleasure! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Wouldn't have changed a thing!

Natural combination of old decoration and (some) new furniture, enormous place for storage, hanging clothes, etc. The place is surrounded by small shops, supermarkets and bars. We were welcomed by David who was incredibly helpful and recommended two restaurants in the local area that were out of this world and very reasonable for the quality! Could not want a better location just minutes from Ponte Vecchio on the quieter side of the river.
