  Närheten till staden - i was very happy with my stay. the hotel is in a great location with the metro stop right on the other side of the street. the staff was fantastic and the hotel was very clean.   It is a friendly place. The decor is nice but the furniture is worn. Fabio is a fabulous host and always willing to fix you a cuppocino or a water.   The hotel is about 15 minute walk from the main train station Termini which can be used to explore all of Rome. The Hotel is 4 star and it shows. The breakfast was excellent and the service outstanding. We actually didn't have a hotel room but stayed at the Apartments managed by the hotel (400 metres) away. But the complex was in a medieval setting and very impressive. - The staff were very friendly and helpful and did there best to meet our needs they also gave information about tours. The porter made no fuss about bringing our bags to the room and helped my sisterinlaw to connect to the internet .the room lovely clean and bed comfortable also had a taxi take us to the airport when leaving .

  I liked the fact that it was a four star hotel(sometimes hotel ratings don't reflect the reality).The location was excellent, no tourist around so we got to eat and drink with the locals.Also it was easy to move around,bus 105 was right in front of the hotel and would bring you everywhere.I Didn't use the Restaurant in the hotel so I can't comment... vad folk säger » on that. Although it is further out from city central, it is easy to take the bus. Don't listen to reviews saying it is in a bad area - we had no issues and even walked around at night (we were just two females). Yes there is graffiti but it is everywhere. The breakfast was the best we had in Italy, the staff was super friendly (be sure to get a map at reception - we didn't use anything else and left our bulky travel books in the room) and the rooms clean and modern

This time we had a better room because our bathroom was bigger and had a bath not only shower. We also like the hotel location-near to the center yet not in the center.
