This was my 4th visit to Rome. Owner was amazing. He was waiting for us
at the reception when we arrived and we noticed that he did this for
every single guest, no matter what time they arrived day or night. We
stayed in the Blue room between my parents (sharing the Queen bed) and

The facilities were clean and the room was large and colorful. It was
just the shower that was small but that was all we needed. Location is
across the street from the main train station so we didn't have to
carry our luggage too far. Staff were friendly but we only dealt with
them when we checked in since they do not stay on site. They do provide
you with a phone number in case you need anything. Just make sure that
you let them know in advance when you will be arriving so they are
there to me

It was a good location but difficult to find. We needed better
directions since no one we asked and our gps were not helpful in
finding the street address. The 2 staff members there were pleasant,
very helpful and kind, Breakfast was amazing and they even set the
dining room breakfast up early for us because we had to leave early for
our flight. -

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The recommendations for sights and places to eat given to us by Marco were great; we wouldn’t have found many of what became our favourites without them. The location was in a quiet and beautiful part of town just a 15 minute walk from the city centre.

Everything was perfect!!! The staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean and just enough space for you to sleep and keep your luggage. We stayed in the Annex, which is around the corner from the main hotel and reception. Both buildings are in the old city centre, a block or two away from Trevi fountain and many restaurants and curio shops. great location.

We really loved staying in this hotel. The room was a good size and very
clean. The bed was large and very comfortable. We had a room with a
small balcony, looking out onto the street, which we much appreciated.
The location is perfect for visiting all the sights in Rome and the
staff were all friendly and helpful. Other reviewers have mentioned
Tiger on reception as being extra helpful, and he does, indeed, deserve
