  My sister and I stayed at the Relais Terme Di Tito, Rome Italy for 4 nights. We were warmly greeted by Krizia, who helped us in every aspect from recommending tourist attractions, to restaurants, etc. We were treated incredibly and felt instantly at home. The customer service was the best we have ever experienced in Europe. The hotel was beautiful... vad folk säger » , really elegant, gorgeous fixtures, and modern bathrooms.. The pictures online really do not to it justice. We enjoyed our breakfast immensely, it wa - The bed! The best most comfortable one we have had the whole holiday! The room was fantastic, airy and nicely appointed. The roof top terrace although not open yet, we were able to go up and get 360 degree views of the city and were higher than the top level of the Coluseum! One block from the Colusseum and Roman Forum and metro. Very handy spot for starting sightseeing. Friendly hosts.   Everything was good staying in Hotel Ferraro. We were greeted with hospitality and the service was very good. the breakfast was outside the hotel, but we thought that was great. But if you are looking for a luxury - Room was about 100metres away from reception (different building) at the other end of building , opposite the street. Welcomed by a big roman wooden door, which was an unique experience. Room was big, shower with heater was working well. Real stone walls separate rooms from others, total isolation of peace.   The reason I chose this hotel was the fabulous location - when in Rome,I spend most of my time at the ancient monuments, and this place is right at the bottom of the via Cavour, literally a minute or two from the Roman and Imperial Fora. I had a deluxe room and it was lovely - faciltities were good, nice shower, tv, safe, fridge - all you would ne... vad folk säger » ed. Everything was clean and though the style of decor would, for some, probably be a little out of date, I thought it was quite charming. Note though - Once we arrived the staff was prompt and happy to greet us. Though we didn't speak Italian they spoke enough English to communicate perfectly. The stay was great, we decided we needed to stay a second night without booking it and they ensured me it wasn't a problem offering me the same rate. Ana Paola and Luigi were extremely polite and helpful. The location is right dead in the heart of Ancient Rome, absolutely amazing for the price. Tons of restaurants and bars close as well.

  The hotel as a lot of the viewers said is a basic one, simply furnished, small bath, very simple breakfast. Beautiful place, spacious room, very high ceilings, we could see few historical buildings right from the window. Room was warm with a big bed. Location is absolutely amazing. Colosseo around the corner, we literally walked everywhere (even returned from Vatican by foot ). Breakfast was brought into the room on your selected time. We really enjoyed to stay there. If I go to Rome again I'll stay there again.

  Loved having breakfast delivered to our room at a time that we specified. It was quiet, within walking distance to all major sites and all staff was great but you would be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful than Rosanna. No matter what we inquired about she got us the info and even looked after our bookings, taxi's, restaurants, etc and we c... vad folk säger » an't say enough good things about her. We would definitely stay there again without even looking elsewhere. - This is somewhat a boutique hotel, and not for the budget traveller, but ... what a fantastic location. And the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with suggestions of what to do and where to go. Giulia (the owner) did a soft sell on me for her custom-made jewelry, and won me over. My wife was very happy with the ear rings. Thanks! Though no tea/coffee making in room, just had to ask and espresso was delivered, gratis. A nice touch.

  We visited Soggiorno Downtown late October. What a lovely bed&breakfast! The room was nice (very Italian in decoration), and clean with a good shower. Breakfast was nothing fancy but very good and enough for the first hours of walking that is inevitable when you want to see Rome properly. We had a great stay and who doesn't want to sleep that - We liked everything!!! It is an amazing place to stay. The owner Lorenzo is the friendliest owner we have ever met. He was helpful,understanding and did more than you could expect. Our room was clean, lovely, quite and comfortable. Location is perfect because you can reach all turistic places by foot. From the moment we booked we received conformation emails from the owners, and then nearer the time, further emails to check if we required a taxi -- which we did and everything was booked and made simple for us. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble. The room was pretty classic, it won't blow your mind but lets be honest -- if you're - The staff at Locanda Colossea was excellent. They were extremely helpful, and it was great to actually have someone at the front desk during the day. Our room was very comfortable, and the staff even gave us a bottle of wine from the family vineyard (which was a very good wine!). The location was also very good, just minutes from the Colosseum and the Forum. The breakfast was served at a cafe two doors down, and there were several choices including eggs.
