  The lady in charge speaks English well. She was kind and feel responsible to help you in any case. I did not have electricity plug in and she kindly provided me one. The location is good and all you need is to take tram 5 or 14. - The lady at the front desk (Linda) spoke pretty decent English. The room was very nice. Loved the little courtyard ou... vad folk säger » tside. Room came with fridge and stove, which was handy!
