the hotel has a nice athmosphere we stayd at the bottom floor near the lobby so there were some noises in the morning but nothing serious-it was very nice that there was a wi-fi in the lobby but i could also reach it in my room since it was next to the lobby - Giovana, the receptionist, was very ok.

The staff is very nice; the room bright, clean, comfortable and modern. There is a big balcony and a big tv in the common room. Breakfast was good with fresh croissants every morning, yogurth, coffee and juice. I definitely adored staying here! It wasn't like staying in a typical hotel, it seemed like visiting old friends' apartment! Everything is supercosy! The rooms are clean and well-equipped, very nice bathroom. Furniture is new. They have a wonderful terrace where simple but superdelicious breakfast is served. We loved everything about this hotel. Although it is further out from city central, it is easy to take the bus. Don't listen to reviews saying it is in a bad area - we had no issues and even walked around at night (we were just two females). Yes there is graffiti but it is everywhere. The breakfast was the best we had in Italy, the staff was super friendly (be sure to get a map at reception - we didn't use anything else and left our bulky travel books in the room) and the rooms clean and modern

The staff were so knowledgeable about how to get around the city in the
cheapest way and most practical way. The breakfast was delicious and
filling. The staff speaks English! The beds were impressively

The hotel was clean and I particularly liked the bathroom with heated
towel bars. The staff were very friendly. We only talked to them in
Italian, so I'm not sure if they can serve tourists in English. They
answered any questions we had about transportation and sold us tickets
for the city bus (which can't always be purchased on-board).
Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast-style, but ingredients
were fresh.

The location (just 2 stops from Termini using the subway) offers a great starting point for many trips around Rome! Staff is super friendly! We visited Rome as the first stop on our honeymoon. Our flight from the
us was canceled so we missed the first night and arrived to Rome early
in the morning. The sweet lady at the front desk could not have been
more helpful or kind. She bumped us up to a room with a better view, let
