  the hotel has a nice athmosphere we stayd at the bottom floor near the lobby so there were some noises in the morning but nothing serious-it was very nice that there was a wi-fi in the lobby but i could also reach it in my room since it was next to the lobby - Giovana, the receptionist, was very ok.

  I've stayed at this hotel for three nights and I would like to point out the good things: - The staff is very friendly. I would like to thank them all - The room is very clean and comfortable - Nice atmosphere in the hotel - Quiet area - The hotel is placed near the metro station (about 350 m) so it is easy to get anywhere in Rome very quickly - G... vad folk säger » ood Wi-Fi connection - The breakfast is American Breakfast Juice, Cereals, Eggs, Jam, Butter, Honey, Fresh Fruits, Bread, Beverages and very good past - Irene and all of the staff were amazingly kind, helpful and funny! This was the best part of our Rome visit as far as comfort and friendliness are concerned. Over and over, they gave directions, helped with an awful incident, made our stay a delight. The breakfast was out of this world with fresh baked goods and home made yogurt and fine cappuccino. Would stay again...4.8 Euros to get to our cruise ship (1 1/2 hours ride)---- Tuscolana is right on the train line. Quiet neighbourhood.

  I liked the fact that it was a four star hotel(sometimes hotel ratings don't reflect the reality).The location was excellent, no tourist around so we got to eat and drink with the locals.Also it was easy to move around,bus 105 was right in front of the hotel and would bring you everywhere.I Didn't use the Restaurant in the hotel so I can't comment... vad folk säger » on that. If you're coming from Ireland or uk and love drinking in the residential bar you can forget about it.Il Pignetto has everything to offer eve - We loved everything about this hotel. Although it is further out from city central, it is easy to take the bus. Don't listen to reviews saying it is in a bad area - we had no issues and even walked around at night (we were just two females). Yes there is graffiti but it is everywhere. The breakfast was the best we had in Italy, the staff was super friendly (be sure to get a map at reception - we didn't use anything else and left our bulky travel books in the room) and the rooms clean and modern

  We were positively surprised when we saw our room, it was much bigger than any ordinary three/four stars hotel, everything was clean, nicely designed. The bathroom is separated from the room, but it's just across the corridor, with everything you need. We were very satisfied to stay there, the Place is quiet, close to colosseum(from Domus Carmanello we walked basically - We arrived late and the owners were fine for us to check in late. They were both very friendly and gave us lots of info and the best ways to get around. The hotel is walking distance from the colosseum and roman forum and is also right next to Saint Giovanni metro for people who would prefer not to walk.   The staff were so knowledgeable about how to get around the city in the cheapest way and most practical way. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The staff speaks English! The beds were impressively comfortable! Everything was clean. The hotel is gated so we felt safe. Our phones died before we went to bed so we called the desk to ask for a wake up call a - The hotel was clean and I particularly liked the bathroom with heated towel bars. The staff were very friendly. We only talked to them in Italian, so I'm not sure if they can serve tourists in English. They answered any questions we had about transportation and sold us tickets for the city bus (which can't always be purchased on-board). Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast-style, but ingredients were fresh.
