  This B&B is close to Roma Termini (10 minutes walking) and is run by a very friendly staff. You take the lift to the 4th floor and climb the stairs to the 5th. The room and the bathroom are not very large, but everything was very clean. Our room had a window on the roof which gave it an extra charm.   Very close to Termini station (3 min. Walking) Has 24 hr. Reception so it helped us because we arrived late at night. Room was clean, towels were exchanged every day. Wifi was ok. The street is nice and clean. There is a good restaurant just next to the hotel entrance.

  Me and my bf stayed for 3 days/2 nights from 9-11 march 2013. The place is within walking distance of termini, but in a good area. The room we got was big, clean and nice with a small balcony. The bathroom very clean with toileteries and hair dryer, which was essential as we got under the rain and came soaking wet. Within 30 min walking to piazza na - Myself and my boyfriend stayed at b&b rosmini for 4 nights. Couldn't have asked for better, we loved every minute of our stay. The receptionist kasia was more than helpful with all out queries! Perfect location, situated directly across from the train station so no lugging baggage around the city. Breakfast every morning set us up or the day. Rooms cleaned every morning, the place was spotless. Fab little restaurant outside front door perfect for lunch and dinners. If we ever return to Rome

  This was my 4th visit to Rome. Owner was amazing. He was waiting for us at the reception when we arrived and we noticed that he did this for every single guest, no matter what time they arrived day or night. We stayed in the Blue room between my parents (sharing the Queen bed) and myself on the twin. The bathroom shower was very nice and although ... vad folk säger » our room faced the main street Via Gigliotti, it completely sealed off the traffic and pedestrian noise. There is a kitchen with breakfast/snacks read - The facilities were clean and the room was large and colorful. It was just the shower that was small but that was all we needed. Location is across the street from the main train station so we didn't have to carry our luggage too far. Staff were friendly but we only dealt with them when we checked in since they do not stay on site. They do provide you with a phone number in case you need anything. Just make sure that you let them know in advance when you will be arriving so they are there to me
