  Absolutely amazing day spa area - awesome pool and so much access to relaxing areas. Food is brilliant in the restaurant. I celebrated my 21st bday in the restaurant and they brought me out a cake free of charge! And the room was perfect - so huge and very comforting. Location isn't bad especially considering it's so close to the Termini metro sta... vad folk säger » tion but it doesn't feel very centrally located so you need to train it most places. Loved the hotel overall though! Staff = brilliant. Make you feel - I loved the attention to detail in the designof the hotel. Extremely stylish and very new. The staff were charming and helpful and the location was great. We walked to every llandmark.... No need for taxis!

  Excellent location, very convenient commute from/ to airport by bus, or rail, as it's close to Termini hub. Staff treated us with courtesy and we had a bunch of pleasant micro surprises upon check-in: like free wifi, though initially declared at a charge, free and refillable mini-bar for the whole three days of our stay, etc. However, I don't thin... vad folk säger » k it's a sure thing for absolutely all guests ever. The hotel was quite clean and I couldn't imagine what to find a fault with. They also have a prett - We used this hotel for a two day city break prior to a Med cruise from Civitavecchia. The hotel is brilliantly located as it is 2 mins walk from Termini Station where the airport express train terminates and also trains run regularly from Termini to the port. The hotel is also adjacent to the first stop on the hop on hop off bus but also within 20 mins walk of many attractions.   The staff was extremely friendly and willing to display us the options for nice cafes and restaurants in Rome. It was nice having our breakfast outdoors at a nice cafe. The room was very clean and the bathroom recently renovated.   Now this was a beautiful hotel! From the pre-arrival emails that provided great advise, to the excellent customer service throughout our stay. The room was beautiful (we had room 307).
