  Unfortunately we had problems with other booking so we did reservation in Residence the same evening we arrived. The reception has been already closed but manager came from home to organize check in. The day of departure we called manager to ask about a possibility to leave our luggage and because we were with small kids they allowed to stay until... vad folk säger » the evening without additional charge. The location is fantastic,50 meters from Collosseo, the facilities are basic but you don't need more for a sho - Everything was perfect! the staff was very hepfull and the trasportation that the hotel arranged was very convenience. Very Close to colosseum and 20min walk to fontana di trevi and Pantheon.

The facilities and cleanliness was upto par. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They were more kind even to allow me to leave my suitcase so that I can travel around Europe. The manager was nice and I would recommend the hotel to other travellers.

  Everything was awesome. The owner, Massimo is a great person! was very helpful and kind.. Location is 5min. to Termini station and very close to Trevi,Collesseo and all other central places. Price is not much. It worths.   Nice room, very good location-just few minutes from central train station and centre, polite staff. Room was clean and comfortable. If I go to Rome again - I will with pleasure take the same hotel. - It is situated within easy walking distance from the Roma Termini Station and most touristic landmarks.
