  When we arrived, we had the pleasant surprise to get an upgrade from a normal room to a studio (with kitchenette). The room is very comfortable and spacious enough.. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and nice (though we arrived at about 11am, our room was ready). The neighborhood is safe, lively - The lady welcoming us was wonderful catered for all our needs which was sadly only one overnight stay .We had our son with us who unfortunately had broken his leg 5 days beofre and in cast on crutchesno lift was a challenge but we coped and enjoyed the stay in our neat room .Supplied coffee facilities and personal key to get back in for Ah energency .Would recommend the view to coloseumwas awesome other sites wallking distance and we were given good tips for transport and resturants BelFredDrew

  This B&B was very nice. It was conviently located in an apartment building right across the street from Termini train/metro station. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was no tv in the room, but that wasn't really a big deal. The batroom was spacious and nice as well.   This is a perfect place to stay for your trip to Rome. The location is perfect - 3 mins to the Forum, 15 mins walking from Termini railway staitaion, etc.. We used the metro just once, to get to Vatican. It is a nice, small family owned place. There are just 4 rooms there. The design of the rooms is perfect: very functional, there's everything yo... vad folk säger » u need, it's nice and cosy, and you feels that everything is almost brand-new, including bathroom facilities. The breakfast was nice. The owner is ver - This little place is gorgeous, well located in a quiet little street near via Cavour with an excellent restaurant across the street. I was met by a gorgeous man, Leone, who despite my late arrival was really nice. The only criticism was that the promised breakfast was really bad, so don't depend on it. The area is well serviced by other bars etc, so eat breakfast out. Just make sure you avoid Gran Caffe Cavour, in via Cavour, as a coffee there will set you back more than 6.60euro!!!!

  WE saw this hotel at the last minute and since we wanted to be near the train staion (a ten minute easy walk away) and the Opera House it was perfect (a two minute walk). We had a late snack at a very lively restaurant across the street. Wish we couldn't have stayed there longer. - close to buses, train station, restaurants, shopping district

  This B and B was the best we stayed in for out 2 1/2 week trip through Italy. Family owned and run, they were all so very sweet and helpful. The room was the biggest and most clean out of every B and B AND hotel, not to mention the cheapest! Easy to get to from the train station and close to all sight-seeing! Internet and DVD's to borrow to boot! ... vad folk säger » - It's a wonderful place, very comfortable (clean, warm, fully equipped), with good location. There was big room and wonderful breakfast for separate price (we could hardly eat everything). Personnel was very pleasant and responsive. When I come to Rome next time, I'll stay in this hotel again.

  Unfortunately we had problems with other booking so we did reservation in Residence the same evening we arrived. The reception has been already closed but manager came from home to organize check in. The day of departure we called manager to ask about a possibility to leave our luggage and because we were with small kids they allowed to stay until... vad folk säger » the evening without additional charge.
