  although i had read very bad reviews about the hotel, but actually i was surprised on arrival. Nice staff and very helpful, 24 hour reception (guarding the hotel), the room was clean, with small refrigerator and a safe with PIN to save your staffs. the toilet was ok with shower gel and clean towels. There is a supermarket in the Termini, you can buy food and all the things you need. They do cleaning everyday. The boss is very very nice, he talked me about my trip plan and gave me a lot of suggestion. Thank him so much.

  Service - The room is right next to the Station Termini. The surrounding area was safe. The room has air-condition (important in summers) and is completely sound proof for a restful night sleep. The bathroom (shower) was large enough that two people could fit, which from my experience seems uncommon for bathrooms in Italy. They are very helpful and polite and will make your stay an absolute pleasure. The room was very large and had all the things we were looking for. The bed was comfortable and clean, there was a writing desk, safe, TV and nice bathroom. We couldn't have been any happier with our hotel.

Note, that hotel is located on the 3rd floor (!) of an old building, where elevator aged of 100 years too. First of all, elevator is quite tiny.   Very close to the train and bus station. Extremely clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast brought to your room at the time requested and a good selection of food and drinks. It was quiet - hardly heard any noise from outside. There was a fridge in the room which was handy to have for cold drinks in the hot weather! T - Personnel was very nice and extremely helpful. Upon arrival we were shown on map all sights worth visiting and places to wine&dine other than touristic restaurants. Room was small but cosy. Bathroom clean and amenities were included. We had room with small balcony, we found that very romantic especially during breakfast as they are served to your room. Everything was perfect and we would recommend this hotel and would stay again for sure.

  I liked the fact that the staff was quite proficient in the English Language. There were no communication barriers whatsoever. The location is conveniently located near the Termini Station, which makes for easy access to all the important sites inside the city, no matter if you chose to walk or to take a bus. The silence inside the hotel made for ... vad folk säger » a pleasant surprise thanks to the fact that the building can be found on a narrow street, far from the boulevard. - The staff are amazing, everyone so friendly,especially manager, she went beyond the call of duty for me and other travellers!   Wonderful and friendly service, always helped us find our way in Rome, aswered all of our questions, they gave us an adapter for our chargers, and even watched our luggage after we checked out :) Hotel is situated 1 minute from Termini station - from this station you can get around Rome very easly (same with coming back to hotel - from almost ever... vad folk säger » y place in the city). Room was very cosy and clean, shower was small, but it didn't bothered us a lot :) Amazing blinds - we slept very well, room was - Small, neat and quite hotel with 24h reception. Our double room No 212 was spacious, clean and very comfortable, facing inner yard, thus quite at night. Do not expect sea views as it is centre located hotel, however Termini (central railway and bus station) is just 5 min away. No breakfast, but we did not need it and there are plenty of bars/pasticeries where you can have cappucino with freshly baked pastries/snacks. I would like to say special thanks to Ruslan at reception, who speaks English

  Three reason I like this hotel because the rate, location and facilities are excellent and clean. Only one block from the termini station easy to travel to any locations you want to visit.   It is just one block from the termini station. The owners are nice. The air Conditioning works okay. Easy walk to grocery near metro and train - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location near Termini was very convenient.
