  B&B Alex is not a hotel it is private couple of rooms so reception is not 24h but when You arrived You can ask for anything You need Like electric kettle and hairdryer. Hotel is situated 10min. From termini easy to find. Nice rooms are on left side (view on the street from 2th floor). Cleanliness was good. The owner, Nader, is really helpful and good person, you can ask him any question and he will save you! The location of this hotel is really very comfortable: you can reach any place you want in Rome by walking, by metro or buses. Also there's a good supermarket De Spar at the Termini station.

  We stayed 3 nights in this B&B and were very comfortable. We had a clean comfortable room with a bunk bed for our child. Bathroom was neat and clean, though a bit small. Location is very convenient with good connections both by bus as well as metro to various attractions of Rome. Colosseum and Roman forum are a 15 minute walk from here. We had to pay full price of stay in advance but we got what we were promised in re - We loved that it was like a small appartment so you have much more space than a common hotel room. We had a (big) plus since ours had a private terrace with a table so one could relax after a busy day walking through Rome. Even if we didn't used much of the kitchenette, it is a plus. Cleaned daily. Very close to termini station, so it has very good access to public transportation. Definitely very good value for money.

  Good and friendly , he can help for your questions who is working there.place close to Roma termini like 10 min. Outside of hotel there are lots of restaurants and bars.you will feel like at home. - The room was big and really nice. It was bright green! :) Generally, everything was ok - clean room, friendly girl taking care of the hotel.
