  Situated close to Vatican. Nice personel. - The location is fantastic! We liked the large, soft towels and lovely breakfast pastries. The family room turned out to have two sleeping areas which gave us a good amount of space. The entrance to the hotel is on the ground floor, as is the elevator.   The guest house is run by a lovely family (Virginia, Vincenzo and Giuseppe) who speak good English and did everything possible to help make our stay more comfortable. When we arrived in Rome it was quite late and it was almost too late to check in due to our flight being delayed.   Loved these rooms - we travelled around Italy for 2 weeks, staying in a combination of hotels, apartments and B&Bs, and Rome ApartHotel was the best one. Rooms were clean, spacious, with all the facilities we needed. We were really well looked after by the staff too. - Location was next to St Peters Square and the Vatican and the subway. It is very well situated, a few hundred meters from the walls of Vatican, and Ottaviano metro station just around the corner,so you can get very fast to any part of the city from there by underground.
