  Righ from the start, the customer service was great! Our 2 bedroom/4 beds apartment was located a short walk from Piazza Republica. The apartment was clean, had wi-fi, a kitchen with plenty of utencils to cook if you wanted to. The bathroom was quite modern, the beds were very confortable. Overall we were very pleased and so were our 3 young children. - 1) Good location.   Giovanni was wonderful - friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome. She was able to suggest local restaurants (which were excellent), looked into reservations at the Borghese Gallery for us, provided an excellent map of the city (which Rome's tourist info at the train station would not give us unless we purchased the Roma pass), and overall ... vad folk säger » provided lots of very helpful information. Our room looked directly toward the Tiber and was perfectly situated for exploring Rome. - Very good place. The location is one of the main advantages: close to Spanish steps and Vatican, but the street is very quiet, so that you can easily sleep with open windows. The room is rather comfortable with a very clean and well-designed bathroom. The owner of the b&b is a wonderfull lady, she was helping and taking care of us all the time!

  I liked my room a lot. It was more than comfortable. The bathroom was nice, but not having a shower curtain or door took a bit of getting used to. I didn't like splashing water all over the bathroom floor. This hotel had a blow dryer that worked well. For the most part, most hotels tend to offer those old 1970 blow dryers that are more like hoses... vad folk säger » . Not this one. I was quite happy about that. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. I loved having a balcony and being able to open the - Excellent location with the Vatican a 5min walk. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was basic but for the price you pay it sets you up well for the day. All round, would highly recommend!
