As soon as we arrived, Danilo (the owner) welcomed us and gave almost 30 minutes introduction on the transportation, real must-see- spots that only true Roman people know, and recommendation for tour course based on your schedule and restaurants. The innkeeper was so friendly!! He gave us a map and made excellent recommendations for where to eat and sites to see. Although we were clearly tourists we felt like we had the inside scoop. Location is perfect... Lots to do and see. Sofa bed was very comfortable and washing machine in bathroom was a bonus. This was an exceptional deal!!!

Mario was a very polite and friendly attendant, he tried everything to be OK during our stay and gave us some useful information about the city. Breakfast was OK, with a large variety of goodies. I liked the breakfeast in the morning as it realy brang out the Italian
side of food culture especially being from the uk the difference is
incredable! As I stayed over the easter weekend you could feel the
excitement from the locals regarding the new pope Francis. The location
was great with only a 12 minuite walk to Vatican City and metro line! It
is a quiet real Italian feel throughout the hotel and surrounding
streets! I will defiantly be back!

The hotel was clean and pretty. The location could not be any better, as it is right across from the Spanish Steps and the Spagna train stop. The first person who was at the desk when I arrived was incredibly helpful and nice, and had them clean my room for me first, since I was so tired from my plane ride. He also told me where I could go at night that was not full of tourists. The breakfast served in my room was also very nice.

Perfect apartments in historical building. Everything is very clean and designed with antiwar furniture. Kitchen is well equipped, a lot of pictures and books make atmosphere of home hospitality. Owner meets you by him shelf, very kindly person. Breakfast is perfect- you have everything, meet, cheese, yogurt, fruits... And perfect italian coffee, made by wife of the owner!
