  Everything! The staff was amazing! Even before we arrived, we had contact with staff asking if we needed any services upon arrival. After our arrival, they were helpful with making our stay more enjoyable! When we walked into our room, it was beautiful, comfortable, and smelled great! I know that sounds weird, but you felt like walking into a ... vad folk säger » spa! The hotel is green, which was so cool! The breakfast was the best we had had on our 10 day trip! We left wanting to return and to stay at Hote - I like it that the room was furnished stylishly and everything seems new and well-maintained. The propriataria, I think, was so nice and kind that she showed me to my room and didn't mind that I wanted to practice Italian and took time to let me and restated all that needed to pay attention to in English. The breakfast was such a heaven! Food was healthy (fresh fruits, juice, water, bread of all kinds and eggs and bacon) and there's live classical guitar play!

  Allt var kanon-bra - Everything was exceptional! They even went to the trouble to get a crib from another hotel for us and held our room all day to see if we wanted to stay another night. - good location

  The whole experience was delightful, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the restaurant in the hotel served the best food we had in milan. Although the whole experience was expensive, we knew this when we booked it. Can honestly say one of the best hotels we've stayed in and we have stayed in a lot of nice ones!! - Came for business and... vad folk säger » at the end of a hard day it was just a pleaure to enjoy from a wonderfull room and a great service like coming back home..the atmosphere was great service was excellent the stuff was efficient and kind....this is an hotel that take care of the small things that that really make the big difference.
