The location was perfect for my first visit to beautiful Verona. My room and the entire facility was tastefully and uniquely decorated, warm and welcoming. As for the service...the staff at the Palazzo Victoria understand very well the meaning of customer service and consistently deliver. I highly recommend this hotel and will be back. -

If I could give La Torre 6 stars for staff & location, I would! Signora Lucia made sure she drew us up a complete tour tailor-made to our available time in Verona, along with excellent recommendations for gelato, dinner, etc. She is an absolute gem. Everything about the B&B was perfect. In the heart of the old city, the B&B is ideally situated just off the main shopping street and only a few minutes walk from the arena, Piazza Erbe, Romeo and Juliet's houses. The B&B rooms cannot be faulted. They are furnished to the highest standard and with great style. They are well equipped down to the tiniest detail! Breakfast was outstanding and nothing was too much for the adorable Signora Lucia. A truly amazing stay. We will return!

When we stayed here it was the fourth leg of our honeymoon trip across Italy. On arrival we were taken aback at how beautiful the hotel was and its amazing central location. The location of this hotel was perfect, half way between the two main squares in Verona and just over a five minute walk to the Arena.
The room was lovely and quiet. The bathroom was really large and well equipped. The room was really quiet. We didn't hear anything during our stay.
Breakfast was great with lots of choice and scrambled eggs, which was a nice extra. Cold drinks and prosecco were free during the day until 5pm in the lounge are?

Excellent hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed stay. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Extremely clean and staff helpful. Good breakfast. Indoor pool available until 9pm. 3.5km to the city centre, but shuttle bus available and public bus stop directly outside the hotel.
