The room exceeded our expectation. It was large, very clean, and updated. All of the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. - Hotel was of a good standard and had an excellent location. Staff were always courteous and helpful.

Easy to find, Staff was very helpful and aided us getting to the room, which was located in a separate building. Very helpful getting our bags to the room, which was no easy task as I was travelling for three weeks and required vacation and work clothes!

All the staff were suberb; they spoke good english, they smiled and they could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was excellent and exactly what we wanted - lots of choice and hot and cold options.

Ideally located just meters away from la Piazza, yet very calm. Has a brand new wine bar in the neughbouring hotel, belonging to the group, and two restaurants in 20 m distance. It's a good value for the money spent in a city where some businesses easily gouge tourists. The staff are very friendly and accomodating, providing answers to every question we had. First time in Venice, first time at Aqua Palace. Very nice hotel, very
friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is not easy to find (actually -
nothing is easy to find in Venice except main landmarks) so be prepared
to walk aroung for an hour or so until you get used to the location.
Hotel has it's own pier so it is very easy to get if you take a
water taxi or private boat from aiport or train station. Overall - will
recommend the hotel.

Small hotel but beautifully presented. Our room had a real baroque feeling which delighted my 16 year old daughter. The location was outstanding. Our room overlooked a canal and watching the gondoliers passing was an added bonus. It is 5 minutes from st Marks Square so it was so easy to see the amazing sites there but was also very peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved sitting on the little boat landing with my book and drink after a day sightseeing.

This hotel was our favorite from all of our hotels this trip. The location was perfect for walking everywhere and easy access from the water taxi at Rialto bridge....just remember to turn at the Disney store and you'll always find it!
We did eat in the restaurant one night and it was very good. Our waiter was excellent and I'm pretty sure he is the only Italian waiter to have smiled at us our whole trip (no joke!)
We also had a couples massage one evening. Though I would not say it is a "spa"

The hotel is in a quiet area very close to St. Mark's Square. The
reception staff were friendly and helpful. The lady in charge of
breakfast was always smiling and produced excellent cappucinos. One of
the party was coeliac and gluten free cereal and breads were provided.
The room was spotless and very well appointed for a three star hotel.
The water taxi and Vaporetto stops are only a couple of minutes away and
most of the major attractions are within easy reach. I would happily
