Bra område, rent och fint badrum. Luftkonditionering - We liked the manager Elisabeth/?/- helpful, speaking good English. The rest of staff was less efficient. The hotel map is very helpful, except a few confusing mistakes: 14 is Guggenheim, not Goldoni, 13 is wrong too. Please, review your map. - location was good. The coffee was the best coffee

The room is spacious and very clean with excellent facilities. It is located in a very convenient area, which just takes several minutes to central Venice. They also offered breakfast buffet in a dining room which is very nice. If I come back to Venice, I will probably stay there again! -

The hotel's location. It on the opposite side of the road near to the Excelsior. Full suite of lido beach experiences nearby, from the very expensive Excelsior to a free beach (about 50m of sea front, volleyball court at back). We stayed for a week and enjoyed our experience very much. It was the best way to visit Venice and also spend some days at the beach. The staff were wonderful. Also to our surprise, Lido center itself was very relaxing and a nice walk from the hotel.
