  We loved the location and the size of the suite. It was very comfortable and had a homey feeling. Our host, Duccio, was very pleasant and greeted us with wine and complimentary soft drinks. This place is for people that are more independent. Other then your host, there is no staff like you would find in a hotel. A wonderful room w a loft (my granddaughter stayed with us one night), very clean, charming old building. Duccio, the owner, made this even better. Incredibly friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend this for anyone visiting Florence

  We were delighted to spend three nights at this small hotel. We were treated as welcome house guests. Both Clara and Samuela were charming and did everything to make our stay comfortable. Clara and Sam - Within 30 minutes of arriving, we were given breakfast and coffee and were taken thoroughly through all that Florence can offer. Not only did they take us through it, they organised the tours for us. Breakfast was fantastic, especially in the variety and quality of the foods.
