  Staff were great to deal with and friendly. The cleanliness of the b&b was impeccable. The location was awesome and extremely close to the Duomo.   The staff was fantastic and so very helpful in recommending restaurants and making reservations for us. I would highly recommend the day exceurion to Sienna- it was probably my favorite day in Italy! Also, if you can make the climb up the steps at the Domo it is well worth the view.   Staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Having a balcony was really nice with a glass of wine. Even though we arrived at 8.30 pm which is half an hour later than usual checkin time that was not a problem. Recommended to people who would like to travel to Florance and stay in a nice hotel. Even though its a little bit expensive Its nice to have a safe place for the car - Great location, close to city center, great value for the money. The owner was very nice, open for resolving issues. The rooms are descent and comfortable, clean and warm. Good mood and ideal for a group of people traveling together. Great value for the money if you do not expect a hotel, just rooms in an apartment. Also can be good for families with more kids or multiple families.

  Nice place in walking distance from the city. Close enough to be comfortable, far enough to escape the street sellers. Cosy place, good breakfast, nice room. The staff recommended a restaurant in the neighborhood "Trattoria" I think it was called and I really recommend the place.
