  The hotel is only a 15/20 min walk from the town centre but if you wantto you can take the bus which runs pretty often.   The staff was very nice and very help full. They seemed interested in us having a good time in florence will staying in there hotel. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, the tv worked. The bathroom was very nice, clean, well stocked with towels and toiletires. The upstairs bar was very nice.
