  It was a great stay in Hotel Genzianella. The staff is really polite and all of them speak english. We checked in on friday 8th november. They gave us a city map, explain how to find all the sights, where to eat local tasty food, but not in the tourist area. Also the hotel is 24/7. It is 20 minutes far away from the station and 10 minutes from Duo... vad folk säger » mo. Location is great. The hotel is located on the 3rd and 4th flor but there is elevator. I totally recommend this hotel. - We only stayed for one night, so I can't really offer a great review...but our room was clean, large and comfortable, the man at reception was very friendly and helpful, WiFi was free and worked okay, and the location is great. Although we didn't use them, the common room and dining area looked nice too!

  Vi fick ett Trattoriatips som var superbra. Häftig utsikt från frukostmatsalen - Fungerade väldigt bra med bokning och betalning. Hotellet hade en bra frukost och rummet var rent och snyggt. Personalen hade bra service.

  Staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Having a balcony was really nice with a glass of wine. Even though we arrived at 8.30 pm which is half an hour later than usual checkin time that was not a problem. Recommended to people who would like to travel to Florance and stay in a nice hotel.
