  Fantastic location for shopping and sightseeing in Milan. Could see the Via Dante/Piazza dei Mercanti from our balcony. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful meal at a very authentic italian bistro, 18 Novello, on their recommendation. Suite was spacious and elegant. Hotel is set in an historic building with 12 foot ceilings.   The Jolly Hotel has a lovely modern welcoming reception. The tea/coffeenew [never found it anywhere else] facility at the reception is anexcellent idea for late comers and early risers. Great idea and a mostwecome service. - the view was amazing and the renovated room was absolutely gorgeous!

  Proof that you get what you pay for, the staff were very helpful and informative, taking a lot of the strain out of urban travel. Our room in this chic modern hotel was stunning and very quiet. UP is a fairly easy walking distance from the Duomo and a short taxi ride (11 euros) to the Stazione Cordona (and Malpensa Express). With a bit of planning, this makes for a fabulous city - Very comfortable hotel, perfect per city trip. Very good location, in the center of the city yet in a quiet street, close to everything, convenient to walk around the city. Very good service, staff extremely helpful and friendly. We have missed the plane and arrived the next day and get perfect assistance in re-booking as we wanted, everything went smoothly. Breakfast is also very good, as well as room service and restaurant

  Luigi was really helpful. He didnt charge us the late check in fee and gave us extra blankets which we didn't even use because the room was really warm in that snowy Milano night.
