  Very helpful friendly staff. Ideal location to find and to see sights from. Good, clean rooms. - We had a very good stay at Residenza Ki - the hotel is in an excellent location, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful (especially Gigi). Don't expect to see a grand entrance or large sign... vad folk säger » age though - as it is basically 1 floor of an apartment block Residenza Ki has a small sign next to a modest green door but it is not hard to find.

  This is a lovely boutique/lofty kind of hotel. Location is excellent. We arrived at the hotel not quite knowing how to get in as there was no signage. Rang door bell and someone came down very quickly to let us in. We entered up some stairs and around a corner...still not really sure what we were getting ourselves into. Lovely pastries and water available for us as we checked i - This hotel has a perfect location, about 7 min walk from Fontana Di Trevi and within a walk distance to Colosseum, Vittorio, Pantheon, Spanish steps etc. Our room was small but clean and quiet, and after all we didn´t spend so much time in the room. The staff was very friendly – they offered happy hour every day and we missed it every day. But when we came back to the hotel in the night they had placed two glasses of Prosseco and some canape´s in our room :-) The Breakfast was also very good wi

  Everything!! I came here with my wife and sister-in-law, and this apartment was incredible and gave us enough space for privacy. Our check in time was at 14:00, but we arrived at 10:30 and our hostess Cristina allowed us to check in early. Wifi was amazing, the view from the rooms overlooked the authentic Roman city street, the location is perfect, the bed was fir - U must choose this apartment!! It's clean.. The whole apartment is new & modern & the bed is extremely comfortable. There is a kitchen with full utensil where it's good for family with kids! Wifi is good & of cos location.. U can walk anywhere in Rome! Opp the apartment have 2 Italian cafe & 1 Chinese restaurant. There's even lift if u have bulky luggage.. The best apartment I stay for the entire Europe holiday!   We loved this hotel! Stayed in the large suite which was beautiful and fitted out to a very high standard. Especially liked the glitterball above the shower! Service fantastic. Would definitely stay there again. - It is very comfortable room and the hotel location is excellent.
