  Being near the ferry, the staff at the restaurant (although the food not as good as north Italy as it obviously has to be bought in), the modernity and interior design, the grandeur of the old contrasted with the new, near the shops and important historic sites - Very Kind Staff.   A clean, comfortable in the heart of Venice.. Literally 2 minutes walk from St Marks Square, 10 minutes from Rialto bridge. So easy to find after getting off the water bus. Continental breakfast with few warm items, ie scrambled egg, sausage, bacon. Friendly reception staff. Mini bar in the room was reasonably priced but obviously cheaper to find ... vad folk säger » a supermarket to purchase wine/water etc. - Love the breakfast with wonderful selection. The room is double room is beautiful. The bathroom is very modern. The other room we booked is a family suite. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus. It was very hot during our visit and staying indoors (in the hotel) was an easy itinerary.

  The hotel was amazaing the best hotell iv ever seen. Smal and personal but still realy realy fancy. The staff were as good as they get. I highly recomend this hotell. Perfect place to stay. The only thing i could say that is negative is maby the prices in the hotel bar but on the other hand was the drinks perfect of course. The staff were always tentative, but equally discreet. The breakfast which was included in the rate was first class.

  a fantastic location, friendly helpful staff, beautiful room - we were upgraded to junior suite on arrival- a lovely gesture that really started our break on a happy note. The hotel building itself is a very historic palazzo, the mu - we loved the peace and quiet amongst the hustle bustle of Venice. the staff were charming the room was very comfortable well appointed and with a great view of the grand canal. it was very near to the waterbus and some charming small restaurants. we stayed there 2 years ago when they first opened and we would stay again.

  Personalen var mycket trevlig , de var behjälpliga med det mesta .maten i retaurangen som vi provade vid ett tillfälle var god. nästa gång vi ska dit kommer vi att boka samma hotell, - Mycket bra läge och mycket hotell för pengarna.
