  We found all the services good but particularly the restaurant staff and especially a waiter named 'Stefano' whose standard of service was outstanding and flawless. However, we found all the staff very helpful and friendly. - The room was quite big and very nicely decorated with a magnificent viewon the Arno river.   Nothing much to say; excellent 5 star hotel. Some minor deficiencies are due to the hotel being a renovated Medici palace. - Reception staff was truly amazing. the hotel is stunning, both interior and the park.
