Natural combination of old decoration and (some) new furniture, enormous place for storage, hanging clothes, etc. The place is surrounded by small shops, supermarkets and bars.   The location couldn't be better. They helped book everything for the fast lines since we only had a short time in Florence. The room was a suite which they upgraded us on our arrival without asking. It gave a palace feel with the architecture and furnishings and we were made to feel like royalty when we were there. We all felt like we got to sleep in a palace room for the night. Just an amazing night. What a pleasure! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Wouldn't have changed a thing!

  Never met more friendly and helpful staff anywhere like the ones in this hotel. They really made everything so perfect. Everything was very comfortable in this hotel. - Everything about the hotel was superb - location, staff, decor, food.
