  the apartment was very modern and large. the patio area was nice to relax, have dinner or sun bathe. walking distance to shops and the train to Cinque Terra. good value and using the train was good except there wasnt any english to explain the train system, and the staff at the train station were totally useless. but for finding other english spea... vad folk säger » king people with the same problem, we probably would still be on the station platform. for such a busy tourist area, there is very little helpful info - Cleanliness, plenty of space, free parking, good facilities, near to train station (10-15 minutes walk) and reasonable price (price was competitive and reasonable, although you may find somewhere with lower price, but I prefer to stay here!!!) For sure will recommend to my friends and will return during our next visit.

  We stayed eight nights at Il Borgo di Campi. While crowds of tourists invade the area in August, you can find a peaceful and calm place at Il Borgo di Campi. The panorama is magnificent.   Location was great, we had a great view from our balcony, we were able to see whole Riomaggiore and its sweet houses. We didn't mind to climb lots of stairs to get there. I must say Riomaggiore is a good base if you would - This little place is in the perfect spot if you are arriving into the Cinque Terre by car. Free car parking is provided which is a huge bonus here. We found the staff awesome, Francesca emailed very comprehensive information as soon as we booked and was fabulous to deal with on the front desk.   It fit our family VERY well. Large beds and the staff was very nice. The location was perfect for our touring and we were able to take our vehicle into Cinque Terre, which was nice as well. I'd go there again. All the rooms have a fantastic view! Inside the rooms the queen size beds were separated by a door from the other beds, nice to have some... vad folk säger » privacy when traveling as a family. - Location just above Riomaggiore was unexpected, but turned out perfect with the mini-bus service across the road - would never have wanted to be driving all those steep, curvy, narrow roads.   The hotel was lovely and the staff were very helpful. We got lost in the car and I called the hotel for directions and one of the hotel staff came out to our location and showed us the way. They provided us with a map of La Spezia and the food in the restaurant was excellent.   Arriving into Cinque Terre, Riomaggiore was a dramatic Entrance. Beautiful coastal view directly from the train station. Hotel reception was on the main street called Via C. Colombo after walking through sidewalk tunnel. Walk up the steep street to find Roberto playing his piano and singing at the check in where you pick up room key. Very ftiend... vad folk säger » ly. You need to only travel with a 18" carry on because there are stairs everywhere. We had wheeled suitcases which helps a lot! The room was down th - It's nice experience to stay in one of cinque terra old houses with narrow and steep staircase along some alleys. The place is really clean though the building is old.

  The giant balcony with the awesome view on the village was great, I would stay there forever. Nice little kitchenette. Close to everything, the room is so cute and cozy :) - We had a great vacation at the Star fish. Beautiful terrace overlooking the town. The room was kept very clean and well supplied and the location was excellent.

  Nice room, very clean. The staff was extremely friendly! - It was a good value for the money. The room was clean and very large. The receptionist came and found us as the hotel is difficult to find. Be aware that the street is really a narrow pedestrian walkway.
