  Staff extremely friendly, they could not do enough for us! Good suggestions on what to see, where to eat etc. Views from our balcony-were to die for. Watching twilight happen over the lake and Bellagio and then night fall- it was magic. Yes some traffic noise when balcony door open but it is to be expected on a main road andtheviewsmorethancomp... vad folk säger » ensated Lift available which was terrific along with hotel parking. breakfast was very fresh and tasty and lots of it! - Very nice place with super friendly people! They are ready to help with any question. Great view to the Como lake. Very clean room. We also liked the restaurant at the hotel: amazing pizza and mussles!

  This small hotel (11 rooms) was stylishly renovated about three years ago so that the Victorian ambience remains but now provides modern comforts. The swimming pool--behind the hotel in the hillside gardens-- overlooks the Lago di Como; it was very relaxing to spend the afternoon there. We parked our car in a small semi-underground garage and left... vad folk säger » it there during our stay. On the day of our departure, Pablo allowed us to leave the car in the garage so that we could visit the Villa Carlotta; we - This is a family run business that have put significant effort into restoring this Villa. They take pride in serviciing their Customers and are very helpful in answering questions. The views of Lake Como are awesome. This is a place to relax away from the crowded cities. Suggest you use the hotel car service if you are coming from Como. Also suggest you use the Ferry day pass to tour the lake towns (15 Euro). The dinners at gc were excellent quality.

  Very good value for money. Excellent bathrooms, views of the lake. Restaurant service and quality at reasonable prices, English menus available just in case. Decent selection of wines from €20 up to €200. Family run and very friendly. Would definitely stay again. - Very friendly, great location, and great dinner.
