  We stayed at this hotel for our skiing holiday. It is a pretty hotel with all necessary comforts for a skiing holiday. Good location, short walk to/from punta Jolanda ski lift and shops as well as right in town. Also very good private shuttle transfer from hotel to/from ski lift every 15 minutes (it was always there and ready to go whenever we wan... vad folk säger » ted to).   Booking manager and staff were very friendly and responsive to requests. The location at the end of a beautiful valley in the high Alps was breathtaking. The hotel was well kept, nicely decorated, and the rooms were just perfect (cosy sleeping quarters and large modern bathroom). The mountain views from the hotel are unforgetable. By the way, this... vad folk säger » hotel was the former vacation residence of the Queen of Italy in the late 1800's! Many thanks to the staff for an awsome summer holiday. - 1) Proximity to Monte Rosa ski lefts which let you ski back and forth across three Walser vallies: stunning! 2) Very good food in restaurant; local specialties 3) Friendly, helpful staff with nice suggestions of things to do and places to go.
