  A fantastic experience. I was looking forward to a proper break and from the moment I arrived at the Ritz Hotel I enjoyed every single moment. The Customer service at the Ritz was brilliant. My room was always clean and tidy and the whole atmosphere was what I needed: relaxed and yet luxurious.   Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was great few mins from the beach and the very exclusive centre. lovely pool with free towels! the hotel was very well looked after. - Our family stayed at the hotel for a week and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel is perfect for staying in Forte dei Marmi and we liked it immensely.

  Loved the local "feel" of the hotel. Felt like family run Italian style hotel - which is excellent compared to the usual corporate setup. Food was excellent, staff were pleasant and helpful.
